Overnight Buns
3 cups warm water
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup lard or shortening
1 Pkg yeast 1/2 cup water
7 cups flour
Flour for kneading about 2 cups. mix at about 4pm. Knead down every hour until bedtime. Shape into buns, cover loaf let rise overnight. Bake in the morning use 350 degree to 375 degree oven.
