Labor Day Monday

My Grandfather George Edgar Robertson was a carpet and linoleum layer. He could look at a picture from the Lady's Home Journal and cut the design out of the linoleum and lay it down on the floor. He made one design of a cowboy on a horse for a customer.

My daddy was a traveling salesman, and later a truck driver for Consolidated Freight ways.

My mom worked for Jc Penny's as did her mom, Dorothy Couch-Robertson, Dorothy also worked for the Johnson Buscuit Company in 1917.

My great-great uncle John Haynes was the first Governor of Massachusetts.

My uncle Raymond Edgar Robertson was a oil driller.

My Grandfather Frederick William Kubberness was a farmer.

My Uncle John James Robertson was in the Military, first the US Navy then the Air Force.
